An Ah-HA! Moment
Just this past week I have had an Ah-HA! moment. It hasn’t been my first one and I’m sure it won’ t be my last.
So to kick off this Inspired Life blog I am going to share with you one of my personal moments. I am a life coach, loving what I do – empower and serving others, with a grand dream of reaching millions around the world.
As this audio entry will provide proof of, I am human and not perfect, and am changing and growing just as you are. Through this blog my intention is to touch and reach you.

I’m not a super hero who has all the answers. I am a woman who has a gift of coaching, encouraging, and empowering others. I continue to grow and learn just as you do. Everyday something new is discovered to teach me something about myself and life. I am inspired to share my life experiences and lessons with you and I do, through continuously looking for new methods and techniques to serve my clients better. One method I provide is energy coaching. Coaching has changed my life, and for those of you who knew me years ago, you know what I mean. 
As the old adage tells us, life is a journey. If you wish to have some guidance along the way from someone who has been there, I’m your coach.
And best of all is – I can say that I love myself more today than I did yesterday. The key to living life happily is to do it by loving you, first.
