I’m not a super hero who has all the answers. I am a woman who has a gift of coaching, encouraging, and empowering others. I continue to grow and learn just as you do. Everyday something new is discovered to teach me something about myself and life. I am inspired to share my life experiences and lessons with you and I do, through continuously looking for new methods and techniques to serve my clients better. One method I provide is energy coaching. Coaching has changed my life, and for those of you who knew me years ago, you know what I mean. As the old adage tells us, life is a journey. If you wish to have some guidance along the way from someone who has been there, I’m your coach.

And best of all is – I can say that I love myself more today than I did yesterday. The key to living life happily is to do it by loving you, first.
